Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” formand provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Prints
You can now cancel orders online in the Order Historysection. Product cancellations prior to printing will be refunded in full. Products canceled after printing will incur a fee of 50% of the actual amount paid. This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement from Printique but before shipment of goods or execution of services. Products may not be canceled after they are shipped.Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship, but on rare occasions, an issue may escape our notice.

A. Definitions
“User,” “You,” and “Your” refers to the individual person, company, or organization that has visited or is using Printify services; that accesses or uses any part of the account; or that directs the use of the account in the performance of its functions.
“Merchant” refers to an individual person, company, or organization using Printify services.
“Us” and/or “We” and/or “Printify” refers to Printify, Inc., as well as our affiliated legal entities, subsidiaries (including, but not limited to, Printify Development SIA), directors, contractors, licensors, officers, agents, and employees. Printify reserves the right to and may provide Services to you through various Printify legal entities depending on multiple factors, such as, but not limited to Print Provider’s location, your location, region in which the transaction takes place and others.
“Services” refers to the additional services offered by Printify under the Printify Studio services (available at: https://printify.com/printify-studio/).
Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Printify Terms of Service (available at: https://printify.com/terms-of-service/).
B. General
You are responsible for complying with all policies, guidelines, and instructions provided by Printify. By registering for and using the Services, You agree to the Terms without modification and enter into a binding agreement with Printify.
You are responsible for any content You share or contribute to the Services. Content shared should be appropriate, respectful, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, copyrights, intellectual property rights, and the Terms.
You understand and acknowledge that Printify is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of the Services. You engage in these Services at Your own risk. In no event shall Printify, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, advertisers, or providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data You may incur as a result of participating in the Services. No part of the Services is intended as professional or legal advice. You are encouraged to seek professional advice relevant to your particular circumstances before making any decisions or taking any actions based on the information contained herein. Printify makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the content contained in the Services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. Always consult with a qualified professional or legal advisor regarding specific questions or concerns you may have.
You agree to indemnify and hold Printify and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and providers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Printify reserves the right to revise the Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on Printify’s website or directly communicated to You. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms reflects the date of the last modification. By registering for the Services, You agree to the latest version of the Terms.
These Terms and the underlying agreement between the Parties are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to such state’s choice-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Each party, acting for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby expressly and irrevocably consents that any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled subject to the claimant’s choice either by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules, such arbitration shall be seated the in New York, or by the courts of Delaware, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You may not use the Services or any information gained from it for any illegal or unauthorized use.
Printify policies, including the Printify Terms of Service, Printify Intellectual Property Policy, and Printify Privacy Policy apply to these Terms. Printify policies apply to You even if you are not a Merchant.
C. Services
The Services provided, their scope, and cost are as outlined in the Printify Studio landing page (available at: https://printify.com/printify-studio/).
The intellectual property rights to the content created as part of the Services provided (“Content”) shall be transferred to You upon the completion and acceptance of the Services after Payment has been received by Printify. Printify reserves the right to use the Content for promotional and other related purposes unless prohibited by You in writing upon the acceptance of the Services.
One (1) revision is available for each Service provided. If after the revision You are not satisfied – You can request a refund for that specific Service which will be issued to You within thirty (30) days after approval of the refund from Printify (“Refund”).
Printify is not responsible if the information made available during the Services is not accurate, complete, or current. The materials provided as part of the Services are provided as general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for decision-making without consulting other sources, e.g., primary sources, more complete and more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material provided by Printify is at Your own risk.
Printify reserves the right to modify and make changes to the contents of the Services and its related websites at any time. However, the Services has no obligation to update or amend any information contained in the Services or on its related websites. It is Your responsibility to monitor the changes made to the Services and its related websites.
D. Payment
You will be issued an invoice for the Services (“Invoice”). The Invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided when signing up for the Services. The Invoice must be paid by you within thirty (30) days of being issued (“Payment”).
If You request and are issued a Refund or fail to make Payment for the Services, the intellectual property rights to the Content shall not be transferred to You and are not permitted to publish or otherwise use it for any purpose.
Providing of the Services shall only commence after Printify has received the Payment in full. If Payment is not made within thirty (30) days of the Invoice being issued by Printify, Your order for Services will be canceled.
Upon issuance of the Invoice Printify will calculate taxes based on Your indicated place of residence.
Prints
User content
You retain ownership of your user content, but you grant Printique the right to use it for the purpose of providing services. You represent that you own the rights to your user content and that it doesn't violate any intellectual property rights.
Templates and layouts
You don't own any templates or layouts you use to organize your user content.
Content copying
Printique uses technology to prevent other users from copying content, but they can't guarantee that content won't be copied without your consent.
Photo storage
Printique only stores photos for two years, and removes photos older than that on the first of each month. Pro members have 1 TB of storage for two years.
Order cancellations
You can cancel orders online before they are printed, and you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after printing, you'll be charged a 50% fee.

This policy applies to all registered Printify users and also visitors of our platform. When handling the data of end-customers of Printify users, we act as a “data processor” and Printify merchants are responsible for ensuring their data is protected and handled in accordance to all applicable laws.

Any data that directly identifies you, such as your name or address, or any data that can be reasonably used to identify you, is treated with the utmost care and standard of security.

Additionally, you have the choice to cease communications with Printique entirely, if desired. At any time, you may request to be removed from our lists and have your Personal Information scrubbed from our systems, you can request to cease all email communications, and you may also request that information like geographic location and cookie/beacon information be removed from our databases and systems. You will not be a subject of discriminatory treatment as a result of your choice to exercise your privacy rights.
Verification of Personal Information Requests
For some personal information requests, Printique is required to verify your identity before completing your request. In order to verify your identity, Printique may ask you to provide your full name, other contact information, and your relationship with Printique. In some instances, Printique may require additional information to complete your request. Once this information has been received by Printique, we will verify it against the information currently held by Printique in relation to the information provided and verify your identity. In the event that your identity cannot be verified, Printique will contact you for further information, or provide a rationale for denying your request.
Authorized Delegate
In some instances, you may designate an authorized delegate on your behalf to make a data request. An authorized delegate will also be subject to verification procedures, which may require additional information for Printique to ensure that your authorized agent is legitimate and acting on your behalf.
Personal Data Printique Collects About You
Printique holds personal privacy as one of its core tenets, consequently, we strive to only collect and retain information that is necessary for our business processes, and that there is a present need for.
The nature of our service requires us to store the photos that you use on your personalized products. We will present previews of your customized products using your personal images, email order confirmations with your personal images, and present advertisements to you using your personal images. Your images will not be shared with other site users unless you enable sharing on one of your galleries or albums. By sharing these assets, you agree to allow us to make those specific images available for viewing by the general public.

Referral Program
If you use one of our referral programs to refer us to your friends and family, we will use their email addresses to send your invitation.
